Bennett Blueprint to Real Estate Scholarship Fund

I’m launching this scholarship fund to help students who are passionate about real estate but lack the financial support, guidance, or exposure to break into the industry. As someone who started with limited resources and built a career in new home sales, real estate investing, and development, I know firsthand how powerful this field can be for building wealth and changing lives. This fund is personal to me , it’s not just about handing out money. It’s about creating access, mentorship, and opportunity. When I was starting out, I didn’t see many people who looked like me in the industry or who were willing to teach the real side of how to get started, build a network, or create long-term income through real estate. That gap inspired me to build what I wish existed: a bridge for young people who want more. My goal is to support students in high school, trade programs, or college who are exploring paths in: Real estate sales Investing Development Construction Architecture Urban planning Real estate law or finance This fund will: Provide scholarships for education or licensing costs Offer mentorship from active real estate professionals Create access to Blueprint Class Series workshops, site visits, and job shadowing Connect students with internships or job opportunities in the field The long-term mission is to create a pipeline of educated, well-equipped young professionals especially from underserved or underrepresented communities who are ready to build wealth through real estate and reinvest in their own neighborhoods. This is more than a scholarship. It’s the start of a movement.
