Baxter Family Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is created in memory of my mother Barbara Baxter, father Barry Baxter. The memories that were left behind from their short time on earth will live on forever. Any one who knew them remembers how much they cared about the strength of family and building a better community. Barbara was such a gentle spirit who could always be remembered to her dedication as a mother. Barry can remembered for his distinguished speaking voice, wealth of knowledge and distinctive laugh.

I intend to create a scholarship fund for children who have lost a parent due to terminal illness. The fund will be created for undergrad students with a major in human services or social services.
