The Antelope Valley is full of hardworking, high-potential students, but many do not have the access, exposure, or professional network that makes careers in finance feel possible. Often, the difference between “interest” and “opportunity” is simply guidance. Having someone explain the recruiting process, review a resume, or make a first introduction can be all a student needs to jumpstart their academic or professional career. The Antelope Valley Finance Scholars cohort offers mentorship, career resources, and networking with finance professionals, helping the next generation of young talent achieve their potential. This scholarship seeks to support Antelope Valley students who are enrolling in college and preparing to embark on their professional goals.
