4 Nonno Cancer Courage College Fund

The 4 Nonno Cancer Courage Scholarship is in memory of Nicola Aconi who lost his battle to cancer. The Strides 4 Gianluca nonprofit 501(c)(3) created this scholarship to honor Gianluca's grandfather's memory. The organization is dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by cancer, raising awareness about the challenges faced by those affected, and advancing hope through education, advocacy, and research. This scholarship recognizes resilient students whose lives have been impacted by cancer—whether as survivors, current patients, or individuals whose immediate family members have faced a cancer diagnosis. We honor students who have demonstrated strength, perseverance, and determination while pursuing their academic goals despite the challenges cancer has presented. Our mission is to invest in the next generation of leaders, advocates, and professionals who will inspire positive change and make a meaningful difference in their communities.
