Dear Wilmoth Family, Thank you so much for your contributions to education through the Mattie's Way Memorial Scholarship. It is difficult to imagine the depth of grief that comes with losing a child, making the generosity and courage you show through providing this scholarship all the more meaningful. Because of this scholarship, I will be able to receive a college degree in Psychology and Music Therapy from the University of Georgia without taking out any student loans, for which I am extremely grateful. Exiting college debt-free will help me to grow my career in psychology and help countless teenagers overcome their mental health struggles.
