Your generosity empowers me to focus on advancing my studies in food science—particularly innovating in fried foods and plant-based seafood—without the looming stress of financial constraints. My path hasn't been without significant challenges, including a stage IV breast cancer diagnosis in 2022, but it's also strengthened my resolve to lead, mentor, and give back.
