My project aims to empower future black doctors through community. A racial disparity in medicine exists on the patient's and the physician's side of healthcare and it can be difficult for minority students enter the space and make an impact. Through my scholarship, I hope to bring out the best talent that HBCU Pre-Med Programs have to offer, and award stand out students with the support they need to change the world.
