“Walked in beauty and strength” words used to describe my daughter MSGT & DET Bridgette Rochelle Horn, giving and taking care of people, regardless of age, race, religion or sexual identity, was her life’s purpose. I hope this scholarship honors her legacy and makes her proud that even now she is continuing to give and help.
