New York City Employee Michael Ragusa has teamed up with The Conlin Family Foundation to provide a $5000 starter scholarship for an underprivileged high school student in the NYC area. This scholarship is named after 12 year old Kade Lewin who was murdered sitting in a parked car on April 3rd in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. We hope Kade's name will live on through education and he will never be forgotten.
