Jahmari Brown
Jahmari Brown I am genuinely grateful to be bestowed this award for my future academic pursuits. I have already met a surplus of people who have given me a hand in these pursuits, especially those within the STEM field. While I am still learning at FAMU, I am slowly but surely leaning toward my goal. I have been learning many architectural design principles to reach my goal and will continue to do so until I finally achieve it. Again, I thank you for this opportunity.

Kylie Butler
Dear Ms. Leslie Smith, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for selecting me as a recipient of the Undergraduate Minorities in STEM Scholarship. This support means so much to me as I begin my journey as a pre-med student at Spelman College. With your help, I am able to focus more on my studies and take full advantage of the opportunities Spelman offers. This scholarship will help to lessen the financial burden of my education, allowing me to move closer to my goal of becoming a medical doctor and serving communities in need. It will help me pursue the education I need to create meaningful change in the healthcare system, particularly for marginalized communities. Because of this financial support, I can dedicate myself to learning, volunteering, and growing as both a student and a leader in my community. Knowing that you’re also an HBCU alumna and a successful woman in STEM inspires me even more. Your commitment to giving back to underrepresented minorities reminds me that I am not alone on this journey, and one day I hope to help others as you have helped me. I am truly grateful for your generosity and belief in my potential. Thank you for investing in my future. Sincerely, Kylie Butler
