I was thrilled to learn of my selection for this honor, and I sincerely appreciate your support. As a second year in the landscape architecture program, I have acquired exceptional knowledge. I can only continue my passion for landscape design. During this process, I can now create site plans and render them with harmonious colors. I’ve also been practicing using Adobe programs and SketchUp. With this degree, I hope to help underserved communities, assist with National Parks, design therapeutic horticulture gardens, and much more. Thanks to you, I am one step closer to that goal. By awarding me the Ray W Bausick Green Industry Memorial Scholarship, you have lightened my financial burden, which allows me to focus more on the most critical aspect of school: learning.
