As a former teacher and life long learner, I am passionate about education and ensuring that everyone has access to debt free degree! I graduated from Furman University in 1993, with a BA in History. My attendance there was made possible with financial aid, a Pell Grant, and a small scholarship. I had a wonderful experience and the education / BA set me up for years of employment success. In 2016, I had to leave work due to symptoms of Parkinson's Disease ("PD"). Fortunately, I had few financial obligations and now want to help students affected by PD graduate debt free.
