I am an aviation talent leader with a background in flying, charter operations, and aircraft sales, but my most important roles are being a husband and a father of two. Our family was built through adoption, a journey that deeply shaped my perspective and inspired this scholarship. I believe opportunity can change the course of a life, and this fund exists to help individuals from underserved communities pursue their dream of becoming part of the aviation community.
