My Mission is to carry on my mom's efforts to help young ladies with their future goals in her honor "Betty Joe Conner Memorial Scholarship Fund. My goal is to provide a monetary awarded to an African American young lady graduating from Park View High School in little Rock Arkansas. The scholarship is to help with a 2 or 4 year university or cosmetology school of their choice.
