Dear Heron Wolf Staffing, I'm truly grateful to be selected as the recipient of the Heron Wolf Commercial Real Estate Scholarship. Receiving this award not only affirms my dedication to real estate, but it also opens doors that allow me to continue growing as a first-generation college student at the University of Connecticut. Your generous support alleviates financial pressures, giving me the freedom to focus on my coursework and hands-on experiences. As someone who discovered a passion for real estate through early exposure to property management, and who aspires to become an urban developer focused on building sustainable, inclusive communities, this scholarship is a tremendous encouragement. Having recently contributed to a major retail development project in Texas and now interning at JLL in New York, I'm excited to keep learning, expanding my skills, and making a difference. I'm inspired by your commitment to supporting students like me who want to use their future careers to create positive change.
