My mission is simply to raise more awareness regarding mental health. It’s okay not to be okay. We all have moments in our lives we want to quit. Someone needs your voice. Let’s be a voice for one another. Let’s help make a difference in the lives of others. Your story and your voice is needed. This is to the senior in high-school that knows of someone who is suffering or who has suffered with depression, mental health issues, or obsessive/ intrusive thoughts. Let’s make a decision to change the future together.
