LAW ENFORCEMENT This scholarship aims to honor the memory of Officer Hector Javier Palacios by supporting students who are choosing to pursue a career in law enforcement by giving back in serving the communities. Any high school senior, high school graduate, or undergraduate student from Southwest High School, PEARSALL HIGH SCHOOL, Somerset High School, Fox Technical High School, Tom C Clark High School, or the University of Texas at San Antonio in Texas, may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they’re pursuing law enforcement.
