I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Delon Hampton & Associates for choosing me as one of their first STEM Scholarship recipients. I am beyond grateful and honored to have been selected as the top winner. This award is not just a big help financially, but it also gives me a serious boost to keep chasing my academic dream of becoming a Civil Engineer. Your financial support will make a major difference in my studies, allowing me time to focus more on my academics rather than worrying about working to pay my tuition. Prior to being awarded this scholarship I had a large gap of approximately $9000 including loans and out of pocket expenses, and I was not sure how I would pay for it. However, receiving this scholarship has completely eliminated my gap and has provided me with extra funds that I plan to use towards purchasing my books. Thank you so much for your kindness and faith in me! Again, I am more than grateful to have received this scholarship, and I am all set to take full advantage of it with college move in day right around the corner. Your support means so much to me and I hope for your continuous support throughout my entire college journey.
