Gary Hope, Right out of school he owned his own salon. He had three employees working for him. He had put himself through school and then through Cosmetology school. His belief that if you want something bad enough, you work hard to achieve that dream. I supported him in all his efforts. It is my tribute to him to offer this scholarship to any student willing to work for their dream to become a reality. Sometimes all you you need is a hand up, and someone who believes in you.
