I am writing to express my appreciation for being selected as the recipient of the Jerrye Chenes Memorial Scholarship. I am honored to have been chosen from among the many well-deserving applicants. As a non-traditional student who is in school after raising children, the journey back to education has presented its own set of challenges. To balance family responsibilities and academics while managing a variety of other commitments has required careful planning and unwavering determination.
