    I'm not sure if I can truly express how thankful I am to have been awarded this scholarship. Before recieving this scholarship I was unsure if I was going to be able to continue my education, but with this award I can continue to study journalism, political science, and international relations at UMass Amherst. I want to say thank you to BTL Industries as well as any of those who contributed to this fund to make this scholarship possible. I am beyond grateful to even be considered for this award, and I certainly appreciate being selected as a winner. Thank you again to all who made this possible and I look forward to being able to continue pursuing my degrees.
