Brigitte is an epidemiologist working at Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. She is a graduate of CSU, Fullerton and Tulane University. Brigitte promotes the OneHealth ideal by having previously conducted research at the WHO looking at the effect climate change has on vector-borne disease in sub-Saharan Africa and the Sahel. In addition to her work in public health and environmental studies, Brigitte is a strong advocate for animal welfare. She has volunteered in animal shelters, fostered a number of kittens, and is currently raising a golden retriever for Guide Dogs of America.
