The mission of the J.R. McMasters Memorial Scholarship is to empower high school seniors who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership skills and choose to pursue a law enforcement education. This scholarship was established in 2023 by J.R.’s sister Breanna in memory and honor of J.R. McMasters, a loving son, grandson, brother, friend & nephew along with his dad Bobby and mother Heather. This scholarship seeks to pay tribute to J.R. and the McMasters legacy of kindness by supporting high school seniors who are self-confident and responsible students with the determination to succeed!
