Every child, no matter where they come from, can overcome their circumstances if given enough encouragement and support.

These diamonds in the rough shouldn’t be held back by their financial circumstances, as all students deserve the opportunity to flourish and thrive. Unfortunately, many students aren’t offered the resources they need to succeed and are left with limited access to higher education.

This scholarship seeks to support students who have financial need so they can afford to pursue their collegiate dreams.

Any BIPOC four-year, full-time undergraduate student or high school seniors who has at least a 2.9 GPA and financial need may apply for this scholarship.

To apply, write an essay of 500 words or less telling us what challenges you have overcome and how they have impacted who you are. Please also detail your financial struggles and why this scholarship will help you to achieve your educational goals.
