The community, the people, they truly want to help you be successful, it can be a small college, but they are there for you there are many resources it's really easy to make appointments with a counselor, and education plans really help when planning courses!
You should be aware that the first two years of community college are free, and community college is not hard! just do the work! try your best and communicate with your professors! Also to be keeping track of which courses can be transferable to the four years they plan on going to.
I liked the small class sizes and the availability of the professors. The college also has many tutoring services.
Depending on the center you go to, like Firebaugh center or Coalinga, there is a limited variety of courses but community college is good to get general education requirements done and gain interest in a major.
