Known for
Wentworth is a very strong, supportive community. What I like the most is the availability of help in any area of life and the genuine support with schoolwork or other things, including mental health, from faculty and staff.
Wentworth is a bit outdated in its processes, it is extremely expensive to live and eat on campus, and the dining services are only good if you utilize the colleges of the Fenway, meaning you'd eat at another college's dining hall and be able to use your Wentworth credits. However, they are currently in the process of changing most aspects of the dining halls, so hopefully, improvement is coming soon.
Wentworth Institute of Technology mandates internship semesters so that students gain real-world experience alongside their education, which becomes a great asset after graduation.
Notifications about important dates, such as when bills are due and midterm/finals class schedules, should be released in a more timely manner.
Mostly that there are smaller classrooms. Helps make better relationships with professors.
Small POC community
Many of the professors are very nice and are willing to help you learn and succeed.
Food is not the best, and the one place that has good food has extremely long lines.
