The professors and tight-knit community at W&L are great, but the campus is very small, and Greek Life is very prominent.
Not very friendly for minority and low-income students.
W&L provided a setting where I was challenged to grow academically and socially. I was able to be involved in extracurriculars while taking a difficult course load. The community is warm and accepting and was great to be a part of during my 4 years there.
There isn't very much diversity at W&L, which can be a challenge for students who come from diverse backgrounds.
