I've had a wonderful experience so far. They offer very personable professors with a great student-to-teacher ratio. Professors show that they care about the well-being and success of their students. I am currently enrolled and highly recommend the BSN degree program.
The biggest issue I have encountered is the limited parking in highly popular areas close to campus classes.
I have loved almost all of my professors. I also loved the buildings, they’re pretty modern and nice.
I am not a big fan of the campus, mainly because it’s fairly large and requires a lot of walking, but that comes down to personal preference. I will say it is harder to meet people here, it is not super social unless you join a club. Overall though I am enjoying my time there. Oh, and parking also sucks.
I enjoy the small community aspect of campus. There aren't many activities, but there are a lot of opportunities to create your own.
I think there's a lot of room for growth in regard to diversity.
I have really enjoyed my time here at USI. The professors I have had the pleasure of learning from were amazing. The students are very friendly and helpful. There are so many clubs and organizations to get involved with. The food is pretty good, but due to covid a lot of our options have closed for right now. The location of the school makes it easy to get lunch nearby if needed.
Some advisors and teachers can be hard to reach at times, and other times be very vague when answering questions. It was very easy to get lost my freshman year, but after a while you tend to memorize the layout.
The teachers are very personable and caring.
Not all classes are offered online.
USI is growing into an amazing university. The campus is beautiful and modern. They are constantly updating and building places for students. Professors are nice and they provide good education. USI is a wonderful school that isn't too big but isn't too small either.
The food choices are good, however, some are closed due to a lack of staff. COVID is to blame for that.
