WHAT I LIKED

The environment and the people made my education experience great.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Some departments can be very slow in responding and that discourages you from even wanting to continue. It can sometimes be frustrating.

WHAT I LIKED

Texas Southern University is a fantastic HBCU to attend... especially for those interested in pursuing a career in law. I enjoy the campus culture; school activities occur practically daily, and it is a simple institution to meet new people. Professors are excellent lecturers that assist each student in achieving their goals.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

For the first two years of the professional program, you are required to live on campus and deal with "college culture," which is a turnoff for me as a professional student.

WHAT I LIKED

I am a second-generation Texas Southern University Tiger. After doing my research and years of attending events at the university, I knew it was the right choice. I knew I would get a quality and high education attending this illustrious university.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

There is nothing I didn't like.

WHAT I LIKED

My experience at Texas Southern University was overall a good experience. The teachers challenged the students. Everyone worked together in study groups. The STEM program was a good program. I didn’t have much social life but being on campus was a great feeling. I would recommend going to Texas Southern to everyone.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The only thing I didn’t like about TSU is the parking. If you don’t stay on campus, you will have to get up early to make sure you get a parking spot.
