I loved the Christian atmosphere. Everyone is so intentional and so kind. It keeps you accountable and held to a standard. I appreciate the small town and small school environment. The class sizes are small, which helps build relationships with your profs.
Sometimes it is hard to say no to things because there is just always so much going on. Learning a healthy life balance is difficult at first, but it is so beneficial when you find it!
I love the intentional community that Taylor University offers. I love the traditions and social events on campus. I also love the Christian perspective on everything that we learn. As a liberal arts college, Taylor believes in making the most out of all the general education classes. The professors are very intentional and they want you to grow and be successful after college. As a tight-knit community, Taylor offers lots of fun things for students to be involved in and be active on campus. Taylor University offers a great liberal arts education centering around Christianity.
There are a few things that Taylor University does not offer major-wise. There's no nursing program for example. There's not a lot to do off-campus because Taylor University is located in Upland, Indiana which is a small town. It is a small school so there are only around 2,000 students in total. Taylor doesn't offer graduate programs except for the MAHE (Masters of Arts in Higher Education).
