Everyone is very welcoming, including the locals.
The dining hall is very hit or miss. You’ll spend lots of time outside of it
I appreciate the adaptability that the teachers/leads in my department have. They are understanding of the world around them, and really get the fact that a lot of students are busy working, have kids, or just other responsibilities. I wish I could divert all my attention to school, but that is not a reality in a "post-pandemic" world.

The teachers are very knowledgeable and really want you to succeed. The campus is nice and the student population tends to be kind and easy to get along with. The subject matter taught is in detail and builds you for success in your field.
There really isn't anything that I can say negative about the school.
My academic experiences at Tarleton were all very good, with very professional, and fair professors. Lots of academic resources are available.
The atmosphere and culture here are not in line with my personal values. Large amounts of religious affiliations, and unpleasant student body.
I like the small-town feel and big dreams.
Tutoring options are limited.
A very welcoming, warm, and social college. Everyone is family at Tarleton and they celebrate all of the traditions. They also celebrate many events and provide lots of free things to students who attend. The professors here at Tarleton are AMAZING! If you communicate with them, they almost always help you pass and reach the goals you set.
There is a lack of parking and they do not help out with loud neighbors in the dorm buildings. If they are loud, there is nothing you are able to do.
