WHAT I LIKED

The town of New Paltz is very welcoming and diverse. There are various programs and clubs for different religions, cultures, and hobbies. There's even a nerf-gun club! The staff and teachers are very understanding and push you to be better.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I would stay aware of the active nightlife on campus and the lack of AC in the majority of freshman-sophomore dorms.

WHAT I LIKED

As a second year transfer student I can honestly say I could've used more help getting adjusted. However, if you're coming in as a Freshman, you should have no problem at all acclimating and exceling at this school. I have heard nothing but great things about this school and so far, it is living up to my expectations.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The lack of resources, communication, and social opportunities for transfers
