Since Saint Johns recently turned into a commuter school there have been a little fewer resources given to the students. However, the administration here at Saint John's University has allowed new resources such as food truck cafes.
Its a small school
St. John's is the school for you if you want a mediocre university education with average academics, a fair social life, and an overall average experience.
I did not like the dining hall food at all and some of the professors are very old fashioned and unorganized.
The campus is impressive. The ambiance of the university overall is peaceful and welcoming. Once you get involved in the community, you will find an extraordinary group of people. The faculty is friendly, and they are willing to help. All in all, St. John's University is a great place to pursue higher education, especially as an international student.
There could be more activities for commuter students to get involved and enjoy campus life.
Small campus with lots of opportunities to find internships.
Very expensive.
Despite the Covid-19 year that took away the end of my freshman year and my entire sophomore year, believe it or not what I love most about St Johns are the people. The relationships I've made with friends and campus workers really have made my time worthwhile and I just now am starting to love every second of it.
