WHAT I LIKED

I honestly love Savannah State University I love the culture and how everyone is like family here. I love the fact there's always something on campus to do. The teachers and staff on campus are helpful to make sure you succeed.

WHAT I LIKED

I like the community feel of it all. Although we all come from many different places, Savannah State as a whole population isn't large compared to many other schools. So over time, you begin to slowly develop friendships with fellow students and staff just for the fact of you seeing the same people. Being in the same classes, coincidentally going to the dining halls. You inevitably find somebody with similar interests here. That's what I love

WHAT I LIKED

What I like about savannah state university is that the people on the campus are so loving and helpful it's like we are all constantly help build each other and it makes I easier to adapt to being away from home.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Every day is not a good day at the cafe it's a hit or miss. The professors are for the most part very cool.

WHAT I LIKED

Savannah State University is a good school because of its family-like environment and constant events. Whether they're fun, educational, informational, or community service events, there is always something going on on-campus. As for the food, there are multiple options to choose from daily as well as on special days where we get a special type of food or dessert. Something I really enjoyed when I first started attending the school was the excellent welcome week they planned out. Throughout the week they had multiple events and informational meetings helping us incoming students feel welcome and a part of the tiger family.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Something I don't like about Savannah State University is that even though the dining hall options are usually good during the weekday, once the weekend begins there aren't many good options.
