It’s a good community college.
How hard it is to get help with scholarships or advising.
This is a great, inexpensive college for students pursuing a 2-year degree. Most of the professors genuinely care for you and your education and only want the best. They have recently opened limited bachelor's degree programs and have been adding additional buildings. They are turning into a fantastic place.
Review who your professors are and their grading criteria. Not many food options as well.
Of the nine or ten classes I've taken there as a part-time student, I've only had one professor who didn't meet my learning needs and was difficult to communicate with. The campus is beautiful and easily walkable, as well as close to several restaurants and the mall.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take Child Development with Cindy Kirk. She was a horrible communicator and the worst professor I have ever had.
