Penn State New Ken has no on campus housing but has a partnership with an apartment complex called the Nittany Highlands which is located across the street that only rents to our students. The shared bedroom is $425/month and the private is $725 per month. We are also working with other landlords in the region to secure other housing options for our students. The off campus housing options are typically equal to or less expensive than residential housing.
