Everyone is very welcoming and professors are probably likely to invite you to a party at their house. If you love writing this is the school for you. It is a liberal arts school which means they rely more on reading and writing for learning.
Oklahoma Baptist University is a wonderful school. The integration of knowledge and faith is done in an excellent way where we still discuss worldviews while also considering what we believe as Christians. The professors here are amazing, if a little hard, and the food quality could definitely be better, but I love being a college student here in this community.
The food could always be better, and sometimes it can be a little hard to get plugged into the community as an introvert.
I liked how challenging the classes were, yet they were always small enough to know your professors personally so that you were able to get more out of each lesson.
There isn't much that I didn't like about OBU.
Oklahoma Baptist University is very personal. Professors are able to connect with smaller classes and will even reach out to a student if they miss multiple classes. There are many opportunities at OBU to learn and grow personally.
The food in the cafeteria hasn't been great in the past, but it seems to be improving slowly. I would check the menu or variety of eating options, especially if you are a picky eater.
I like the community within my department.
I don’t like the ignorance of real issues.
