I personally like how small the college is and how all your professors actually get to know you and work with you on your strengths and weaknesses.
The cafeteria is my only complaint, I have a weak stomach so sometimes eating there was rough.
Honestly, the best part about NDC for me was my first psychology professor and having the opportunity to play volleyball. The social atmosphere at NDC is inviting but there aren't always the nicest people around.
Many of the professors will pass or fail you at the drop of a dime so make sure you always stay on their good side. There is a partial lack of diversity but only in the fact that the minorities are always treated worse.
