WHAT I LIKED

The facilities are nice and our student services do a great job at handling any issues you have quickly. Campus police are also very involved and easy to locate.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The honors college is not very useful for any major besides STEM and is overly demanding compared to university honors colleges. The theatre major has all the right facilities but the instructor doesn’t know how to educate anyone who isn’t male and white without creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

WHAT I LIKED

The staff was very helpful at all times. No matter what the question was someone was there to answer it.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The school is great, as well as the teachers; however, the campus is large so you might get lost.

WHAT I LIKED

I appreciated the flexibility of having the majority of classes online. I also thought that having as many campuses as they do was very convenient.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I found that the majority of advisors and aides were miserable to work with and were not collectively on the same page with accurate information. They were difficult to efficiently work with and continually dropped the ball with pertinent information.

WHAT I LIKED

The things that I love most about MGCCC is the many branches of campuses that you can chose from . If you’re into student life there’s Perk ( PerkU ) that offers dorms . If you’re into just going to class then there’s three other campuses that you can attend . There’s also a campus for Culinary located in Biloxi that you can attend as well.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The thing I don’t like about the campus I stay on now is the rules . If there isn’t enough parking spaces then you’re forced to get a citation without warning . Commuters should have one large lot to themselves as to where the students who actually stay on campus should have more than one spot to park , especially when it is overly capacitated .
