The campus is close together so getting to class is easy. It's a big enough school where you don't see people you don't want to, but it's easy to make friends and see them. The staff is generally really awesome and helpful. Food is good and there are options galore. Amazing recreation center. And overall just have a great level of pride in the campus and community.
The honors college is kind of a bust. Good for priority registration and housing though.
I think Marshall University has an amazing Psychology Department and anyone who is interested in majoring in the field should consider going here.
They make you have a meal plan and it is hard to live a healthy lifestyle if you have diet restrictions such as being a vegetarian. They also make you live in dorms for the first two years.
The campus is inclusive and very helpful. I love the staff and students, it is genuinely a very amazing School. Overall would recommend to anyone who wants a nice college experience and doesn't want to go to a big school.
Although the campus is safe, the surrounding areas can be scary. There are lots of shooting, guns, and crimes if you go too far into the surrounding areas alone.
The community atmosphere that everyone falls in love with.
Small College Town.
The quality of teaching from the engineering department.
It's not as new as other campuses, but it's comfortable and grows on you.
I like that I get to live life here and meet new people.
We could use more energy here and better food options.
