It's a smaller school, so you have the opportunity to get to know your professors and build a good relationship with them. I enjoyed all of my professors, even those outside of my major. Great faculty and a good array of courses to take to complete the degree. I really enjoyed the academics and the professors of this university.
WHAT I didn’t LIKE
I didn't have the best social life or on-campus living experience.
I truly enjoy the effort that many of the teachers have put in to ensure that I leave their class with as much knowledge as possible.
WHAT I didn’t LIKE
I wish the dorms were a bit bigger, personally I haven’t had the opportunity of having a good roommate for the past two years here. I also wish that having a single room wasn’t more expensive being that I am a light sleeper with severe allergies.
Jacksonville University is a small campus. This allows you to not have to worry about using a vehicle to get you from class to class because everything is within walking distance. Also, because it is a small campus, you will most likely meet a lot of people because you are always around each other.
