WHAT I LIKED

One great experience I had while on the campus of IU South Bend, was that the instructors really do care about student success and understanding of topics presented in the classroom. The physical campus itself is always clean and the grounds are kept tidy. I love looking at the statues scattered throughout the campus grounds.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

What I didn’t like about the IU South Bend campus was some of the buildings were in desperate need of either an update or repair. Not a great selection of food. Starbucks is offered but they always seemed out of coffee.

WHAT I LIKED

I am a new student, so there isn't much for me to say, however, IUSB made starting college a relatively easy experience! I was informed about how things work very quickly! I also feel that the majority of the professors here are willing to help you with most things academically, and I feel that they genuinely want to see you succeed. It's a small school, however, and unless you're in the dorms, the social life is a little lacking, but if you're willing to put yourself out there, most of your peers are very kind.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The social aspects are a little lacking unless you're in a dorm! And there are only 2 on-campus food options, with one being a coffee shop.
