Overall Fayetteville State University is a wonderful college to attend. Even though our college campus is not as big we’re all a family and love to help each other out. Everyone knows everybody so it’s easy to make friends. The staff and teachers are wonderful people to help you get on track and don’t mind helping you out. One thing to never forget is don’t be scared to join an organization it’ll help you get around and get to know people on campus.
One thing I don’t like is the options for dorms for freshmen. They need to be updated but luckily that’s what they’re doing now. They should give us more bronco bucks/Express because once it runs out there’s no more and all you have is wipes left so you have to go to the caf. But it’s all based on how you spend it.
I have enjoyed the on-campus life here at Fayetteville State University. I have lived on campus for 2 years and have not had a complaint with campus life. The courses offered here are valuable and push candidates to experience their selected field with first-hand opportunities. The staff and professors are flexible, highly qualified, and responsive. This is a great school to attend.
I would say the only thing to be aware of is that the campus was built in 1908 and has since then been renovated, however, it still seems very dated and old.
My program is 100% online.
I do not live on campus so I cannot provide any insight. I have loved everything about my own experience.
