WHAT I LIKED

Estrella Mountain Community College is a great school to attend close to home and get your associate's degree completed at a much lower cost than university. There aren't always a lot of choices for class selection but overall, a good school with great professors.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Electives are not always available for the semester you would like to take them. You have to take as many as possible when they are available.

WHAT I LIKED

Estrella is almost like a home to me. I'm here every day and I spend most of my time here at work and in class. I wish I could just stay here but I have to get my bachelor's. Estrella will always have a place in my heart.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

If there is one thing I didn't like it would have to be the advisors not being available.

WHAT I LIKED

I like that the professors at EMCC actually care about the students. The staff here is very helpful. I feel safe walking around campus. I have also met some great people while attending EMCC.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I didn't like that the cafeteria wasn't open. I know it's been closed because of COVID-19. It's still disappointing I haven't been able to experience the food the culinary students make.
