WHAT I LIKED

Edinboro University is a dynamic school with many opportunities to propel you into your educational and career desires. With its location in a peaceful, rural area and great student-to-teacher ratio, I am certain that students will find the motivation and focus they need to excel in their goals.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

It is pretty secluded, so if you do not have a car you may have trouble getting around. But, there is a bus that takes you around.

WHAT I LIKED

The Edinboro University of Pennsylvania is one of the best and cheapest schools to attend, especially for animation. It offers a large variety of art and science classes which allowed me to try a bit of everything. The professors are passionate and are dedicated to helping their students get through tough assignments. I have met so many wonderful people and have made some life-long friends.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

9Unfortunately, the dean of the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania was recently changed and they may not have made some of the best decisions while handling covid on campus. The workload of classes is extremely intense and studio classes can require a minimum of 10 hours of coursework from students per week. This makes it difficult to have time for anything besides schoolwork.

WHAT I LIKED

I like the dorms and the people. The food options are very inclusive, including many vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options in the dining hall. The classes are fair with some teachers allowing you to videocall while you're sick to participate in classes.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

On campus jobs are mostly only minimum wage and they are very restrictive with hours. There are a lot of people and there are some unnecessary buildings on campus that drive up tuition like the Dome, which is an indoor sports place but the building cannot hold all the people it should have because of the size of the emergency exits being too small.
