I was dual-enrolled so I can't say too much for everything due to COVID but I can say this school is pretty great and the professors teach well as well. Plus, you have so many different options for what you want to do.
Maybe certain professors or how some of the rules for certain classes work.
I attended as a non-traditional student. There were no dorms on campus and the dining area consisted of local fast-food restaurants. The professors were great for the most part. For a small college, they had a lot to offer
The college advisors are not always very helpful and they do not stay involved in the education and college processes. You had to obtain information on your own.
EFSC is a very welcoming school with great student experiences and teachers that take pride in their jobs.
Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit chaotic but the teachers are always willing to work with you.
I would highly recommend getting an AA/AS degree from a state college like EFSC first. You'll save a ton of money and it is a part of the DirectConnect program that got me into UCF with very little difficulty. I enjoyed my time at EFSC and I would have stayed if they offered the degree for my intended major. All in all, it was a positive experience!
Honestly, I have no complaints. I went in, made some friends, got my degree, and transferred to a different school to finish my bachelor's degree. The only reason why I didn't stay was that EFSC didn't offer my intended major.
I honestly think it is worth your money.
Nothing to be honest.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Eastern Florida State College.
I think student life is a bit dull.
