Everyone on campus is very friendly and always willing to help.
There are not a lot of teachers for some subjects, so finding a good one can be hard.
From the point I first started attending DeSales University even till today I always have felt that I belong here. The staff/professors are excellent at their jobs, there are resources that will help you throughout your university career they are there for you every step of the way. everyone holds doors for each other, it is such a welcoming experience in every way whether it's your academics, resources to help you, counseling, and activities that take place. You will know that you belong there because I do.
There is nothing that I do not like about DeSales University.
DeSales has an intensive theatre program with experienced and talented professors. The connections made at the university are important and influential. I wish there was a wider variety of shows produced here. DeSales produces shows that are very similar to each other and therefore cast the same people while ignoring other students. The feedback given to the students who are rejected consistently is that none of the roles available would fit the student auditioning. The other classes provided here are informative and are mostly fairly graded. The theology department does need some reworking as many of the theology professors have offended many students and discriminated against them based on religion. The food here is overall good. There are times when I wish there was more variety, specifically for vegetables. Otherwise, I enjoy the food here.
You have to take Catholic Theology courses and some of the professors are very harsh. The shows produced here are very limited and do not offer much to most students.
