WHAT I LIKED

I liked the majors and some of the teachers i had.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

I didn't like how slow they took to reply to emails and sometimes they take months to answer you back. The security at Queens College doesn't care about you and some of them are really rude when you want help which sucks.

WHAT I LIKED

Honestly, any college experience is what you make of it. It is dependent on your outlook, what you choose to do with your time and the people you choose to not hang out with. It can either be one of your best years or the worse years of your life.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Something to be aware of is the fact that it is a commuter school so depending on where you live, it is an aspect of Queens College that should be considered. Another thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of adjunct professors in the field of psychology. It is not that the adjunct professors are incompetent, it is just something to note.

WHAT I LIKED

I am pursuing a dual degree at Queens College. I am currently pursuing Studio Arts and Education. Both departments have wonderful professors and experienced staff to overall help each student reach the best potential. The professors at Queens College honestly have the students' best interest at heart almost as much as the student is dedicated. Queens College is a great college to study at from my personal experience in these two majors.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Please be aware that college is nothing like high school Stay on top of your work and homework for a lot of classes could count more than actual assessments and tests, so study as much as you do homework, and do not take shortcuts. it won't work I promise.
