Does Carleton College allow students to double-major, and does it cost more?
Carleton College
Yes! Students can absolutely double major and no it would not cost more. A double major will be required to do a COMPS (senior thesis type project) for both of their majors though which is a lot of work!

What scores do I need on IB to get credit and what classes could be replaced?

We usually give credit for a 6 or 7. These credits do not replace any specific courses at Carleton. You will need to take specific Carleton placement tests in order to test out of classes here.

If a student applies to Carleton College early decision, and does not get accepted, does their application roll over to the regular decision pool, or does it mean that student is waitlisted or rejected?
