WHAT I LIKED

What I like about the California University of Pennsylvania, is being open with anyone around campus, you feel like you belong somewhere comfortable and able to make progress In the community and in yourself.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

One main thing I don't like is the food cafeteria offered here. I personally like the food that is offered outside of the cafeteria, they have a sushi bar and small fast foods.

WHAT I LIKED

Most of the professors are more than willing to help you. They believe in their students but expect the best out of their students. The faculty at Cal is always helpful, if they don't have an answer they will find you one. The environment around campus is calm and inviting, but every once in a while some will do something they aren't supposed to. It really just depends on the crowds you're with but there's a little bit of something for everyone there.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

The integration with Edinboro and Clarion has been a confusing process, despite all three schools trying to keep it as understandable as possible. At least within the next academic year, I'd be aware of all the changes that are happening and will happen.

WHAT I LIKED

Most classes, especially classes that apply to your major are studio style classes where you have three hours with your professor and have no more than 20 people so you will absolutely have time to talk to your professor and learn more about your major.

WHAT I didn’t LIKE

Greek life is pretty unimpressive here, but still existent if you want to do it. Dining hall food is bad (obviously), other food options are lackluster in taste, but you are always able to get food.
